d20+ × 4 bandit camps

Over on the discord someone suggested that "bandit camps" were the most cliche thing they could think of. For present purposes, consider "bandits" to be a designation for any armed group that semi-regularly comes by to take money or other resources, and will use force if not - so governments are bandits relative to their subjects, and two groups engaged in low-intensity warfare or feuding are bandits relative to each other.
